Top 10 FAQs
TOP FAQ 1. My username and password do not seem to work. Why?
If you're having problems logging in with your username or password, try one of the solutions which best describes the issue you're experiencing:
- You remain on the same page after attempting to log in or the login process seems to hang.
Please check to see that your system clock (date/time) is correct. If your clock is set to wrong date/time you may not be able to login. - You get directed to an error page that says your username or password are incorrect.
If this occurs, make sure your caps lock is off and try again. Your username and password are case sensitive. - If you are sure your username and password were entered correctly and you still cannot login, check to see if your cookie / privacy settings are set to medium privacy level.
- If the problem still exists, try clearing all cookies and history/cache in your browser. You may also want to request your password. If you still experience difficulties, try another browser or another computer.

What is the NanoTech Insight Logo supposed to be?
Our logo is a pyramid with the Eye of Horus inside it. The shattering of Horus' eye into six pieces lead the Egyptians to use the Eye of Horus to calculate fractions within a decimal (fraction) numeration system. The pyramidal frame around Horus' eye was inspired by the smooth lines of the tip for STM measurements.
