Registered accompanying persons will enjoy a packed program of daily guided tours to the exciting sites of Luxor. On the 14th registered accompanying persons will join the conference participants on the Conference Excursion

Conference Excursion
14 March - FREE!
The conference excursion is included in the registration fee for all participants and their registered accompanying persons! It includes a full-day of exiting tours on March 14th to incredible the Valley of Kings, the Colossi of Memnon, and Habou City. The tour will commence at around 9am and will end at around 6pm. Lunch will be provided.

Let us entertain you! With some of Luxor's finest musicians and dancers. Enjoy the rythmic beats of Arabia while you sit down to a 3-course meal of traditional Egyptian culinary delights. Savour an evening of Egyptian folkloric music, cuisine and dancing.
Pre-Conference Tour: Cairo

Explore the "Jewel of the East", on our package of guided tours in the vibrant and pulsating heart of Egypt, Cairo. Enter a gateway to the past as you explore over 2,000 years of Coptic and Islamic civilisation, from Saladin's Citadel, to the Christian churches of Babylon. Enjoy the excitment of shopping (and haggling) in the famous Khan al-Khalili bazaar, and the memorable coffee and chatter of its traditional coffee houses. No trip to Egypt is complete without a visit to the timeless lion-bodied Sphinx and the Great Pyramids of Giza. Turn back the pages of time to over 4,000 years as you explore these lofty monuments in Egypt's vibrant Capital.
The pre-conference package begins on the 8th, when our Tour operators will meet and greet you at the Cairo airport. You stay overnight in the hotel and begin your touring excursions around Cairo in the morning of the 9th. Tours will continue on the 10th and will finish in the evening when you will receive transportation to the Cairo airport to catch your flights to Luxor for the evening of the 10th. Flights are not included in the package, however if you require some assistance we can help in making flight arrangements.
Post-Conference Tour:
Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan

For a "Royal Touch" of Egypt, join us on the post-conference tour as we sail along the Nile from the historic city of Luxor to the vibrant and colourful city of Aswan. The Nile is an endless source of romance, mystique, and discovery, cruising along it is one of the most relaxing and luxurious ways to take in the fascinating cultural landmarks and sites of Egypt. The Nile cruiser is a 5-star hotel - fully equipped with restaurant, lounge, bar, and a sun deck with plunge pool. This beautiful 5 day and 4 night journey will include stops and guided tours at the incredible Esna, Edfu, and Kom-Ombo temples in addition to the sites of Aswan. The tour ends in Aswan.
Please note: If you need to return to Luxor for your flight, you can get there very easily by either a short flight (no more than 1/2 an hour) or by Bus, Train or by hiring a private car with a driver (by road/track it is about 2 hours from Aswan to Luxor).
A Note for Families
We encourage families to join us! Children under 6 receive the accompanying persons registration for free (lunch not incl.) and are charged half price for the banquet and the post-conference tour. Children under 12 receive 50% off the accompaning persons registration fee, banquet and post-conference tour. Babysitting services can also be arranged.
