!note Exhibitor's application will be considered only if it is accompanied by a 50% deposit. Applicants will be informed in writing of the acceptance or refusal of their application. In case of refusal by the organizing committee all payments shall be fully refunded. An application is deemed approved when both the deposit fee has been received and a signed photocopy of the application form has been faxed to the applicant.
